Our initial contact started with a near perfect text enquiry **(see below) and progressed to a phone call as per my screening process. Once we were talking things took a change of pace. I have been told that I seem direct and business like when texting and that when we chat on the phone or meet in person, I seem like a different person (I am running a business so that’s why its business like). Making an enquiry via text is great, and here is Sam’s inital enquiry.
**” Hi my name is Sam and I would like to book for an hr Initmate Encounter on Tuesday at 2pm. Please let me know if you are free and I am happy to send the deposit etc that you require”. This is an excellent enquiry and is music to my ears. I just respond with the relevant information and once the deposit is paid the booking is confirmed, we have a brief chat on the phone and Sam and I catch up on Tuesday.
It is amazing that in this day and age where communication is so easy and people can connect all over the world in an instant that some people have not been held or touched by another person in years.
What does that say about our world and our so-called communities?
We all talk about rescuing refugees, but what about the people in our street, living behind closed doors, who may be connecting across the internet or in brief social interactions and yet the opportunity for the most nourishing and nurturing experience of simple, agenda-free touch is denied them.

But seriously, without lists and tick and flick sheets who knows what is included in the service that any provider does. I am not a natural oral provider – many are and I am not. Its a choice that I have made and although I provide GFE, I do not provide natural oral in that service or any of my services. When I state this to clients, some then ask if I include it in my PSE service. And again the answer is no. Continue reading →
Whether we choose to communicate via social media, phone, text, or face to face – it can really be fraught with dangers. What is going on in our heads is not what is coming out of our mouths via writing or speaking. We all have our own filters, and we hear or read what another has said and then run it through our own filter – and this filter is flawed. It has holes, grooves, blocked holes, and rust patches. Its designed to protect us, to make us safe and yet sometimes it stops us from seeing the learning or the beauty in a situation.
I recently had an interaction with a client who phoned me when I was on tour. I don’t usually take phone calls and this was from a home phone number so I let it go to voicemail. When I checked the message it was from a man with a very slurred voice. Initially I thought he sounded disabled and so was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt but could not understand Continue reading →
