About Last Night…

Let me set the scene for you.

The lights were low, the candles were flickering, casting an amber hue over the red velvet curtains and across the floor. 
The soft fur rug had been spread out and scatter cushions placed for comfort.
An antipasto platter lay to the side with two glasses of sparkling water and a scotch on the rocks for my friend (just as he likes it). 
Tonight Tony was visiting my city and his arrival was imminent.
I also had some Wildfire warming and cooling arousal oils for us to try along with a few toys that he preferred. I was ready.

All bodies are different

I was a nurse before I started working in sex work so have been getting up close and personal with people of all shapes and sizes for many years now. This industry is no different. I often get asked by friends how I do it, being intimtate with people that I don’t know. What if they are ugly, what if they smell? Do I fake it, and do I have a good time? The purpose of life or life’s purpose?

As those of you know that have met me or have stalked my profile – I love to travel. In fact its my addiction. I work A LOT just so that I can travel. And as soon as I am about half way through a trip I am planning the next one. Not to say that I’m not enjoying the holiday that I am having, but certainly thoughts are in motion for the place that will become my next holiday destination.

And so whilst I was wandered the deserts and mountains in the northern hemisphere summer, my next project appeared. Yes, its a project, but actually its more of a purpose or a why. Continue reading

Human Connection …..Its all about the communication

Whether we choose to communicate via social media, phone, text, or face to face – it can really be fraught with dangers. What is going on in our heads is not what is coming out of our mouths via writing or speaking. We all have our own filters, and we hear or read what another has said and then run it through our own filter – and this filter is flawed. It has holes, grooves, blocked holes, and rust patches. Its designed to protect us, to make us safe and yet sometimes it stops us from seeing the learning or the beauty in a situation.

I recently had an interaction with a client who phoned me when I was on tour. I don’t usually take phone calls and this was from a home phone number so I let it go to voicemail. When I checked the message it was from a man with a very slurred voice.
